Professional History
Evelyn Johnson earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master’s in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from UMASS Amherst, Massachusetts in 1997. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the New York State Nurse Practitioner's Association.
Evelyn also has a Master's Degree in Moderate Special Needs from Westfield State College and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from St. John's University.
Throughout my professional career. I have been involved with both children and adults in human services and education. I have over 50 years experience in some capacity in Human Services in which 33 years have been devoted to working with children in child care, education and in health care. I joined Pediatric Associates of Hampden County in 1997 to promote health, wellness and continuity of care.
